Founder's Story

I spent 26 years building billion-dollar brands for Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley startups. I was good at it. But I was running on empty. At 41, my body began breaking down in ways no doctor could explain. Six years of debilitating periods that landed me in the hospital almost monthly for blood transfusions and iron infusions. A painful divorce. Multiple job losses. And then in 2025, long haul COVID that took away my energy, my clarity, and the Venice Beach apartment I loved. I ended up in my parents' basement in rural southern Illinois at 49 years old, with no money, no job, and no idea how I was going to survive.
What saved me was not a doctor. It was a juicer, a health protocol I built using AI and data from my Viome gut microbiome test, and a health coaching certificate I had earned in 2016 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and buried under years of corporate survival.

Love, Light & Longevity is a life and longevity coaching practice founded by Stace, a certified health coach and 26-year marketing veteran who rebuilt her own health after long haul COVID, six years of debilitating hormonal illness, and corporate burnout left her with nothing but a juicer and a calling. Using a whole-person approach that blends ancient nutritional wisdom, modern biometric data, personalized nutrition, and root cause coaching, Love, Light & Longevity helps women navigate the health challenges that conventional medicine consistently fails to address: long haul illness, perimenopause, chronic fatigue, grief, and the deep depletion that comes from years of giving everything to everyone else.

This is not generic wellness advice. Every client receives a personalized protocol built around their unique biology, including gut microbiome analysis, blood panel interpretation, customized meal and nutrition maps, supplement guidance, and one on one coaching that treats the whole woman, not just her symptoms. Our first client raised her iron from a level of 20 to 50 in two weeks. We revive women who have been told their labs are normal but who know something is deeply wrong. We are the feminine voice in a longevity space dominated by men, bringing a softer, ancestrally grounded, data-informed approach to women’s health that honors how women actually age, heal, and thrive.

Love, Light & Longevity is also the parent brand of NANA, Neu Age Nutritional Alchemy, a wellness food concept launching in Leucadia, California in 2026 under California’s MEHKO home kitchen program. NANA offers cold pressed juices, bone broths, wellness elixirs, and internationally inspired whole food nutrition rooted in grandmother wisdom from cultures around the world. The long term vision is NANAste, a healing retreat center for women. We are building something that will outlast us both. We are just getting started.
