Founder's Story

After three years of suffering from debilitating Lyme Disease and Spondyloarthritis that landed me in a wheelchair, I educated myself through the AFPA, IFM, GGS, Precision Nutrition, and Wellness Alliance certifications. While acquiring vast knowledge from courses, literature, and connecting with other ladies in holistic wellness, I implemented lifestyle changes to successfully regain my strength, mobility, and well-being. During the healing process, past traumas resurfaced that continued to impact my health. By putting in the work, incorporated wellness practices, and doing deep self-discovery through holistic experiences, I regained my physical and mental health. My struggles empowered me to learn all I could and build a deep connection with other women in wellness to serve ladies suffering from similar afflictions. The Limitless Ladies Network was launched in 2024 to pursue a passion for educating and serving women on to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Limitless Ladies Network is a collective of professional women in integrative wellness helping ladies through burnout with curated seminars on evidence-based practical stress reduction techniques, sleep strategies, and self-advocacy skills. Our network provides educational seminars, women’s retreats, team-building events, social gatherings, and a podcast enabling them to thrive authentically through life’s challenges.

We are an integrative ecosystem that replaces isolation with community and confusion with clarity. Through our network of trusted women in integrative wellness, we provide ladies with solutions to help them get to the root cause of their physical, emotional, and spiritual issues so they can thrive.
