Lighthouse Ladies, LLC is a dynamic, women-founded production company and arts initiative based in New York City. We specialize in crafting genre-bending films, theatrical productions, and commercial works that amplify underrepresented voices and businesses while fostering an inclusive creative community. Since our founding, we’ve spearheaded over 30 projects, raised more than $100,000, and earned accolades at globally renowned festivals such as the Cannes World Film Festival, NYCIFIF, TINFF, and the Oscar-Qualifying Tasveer Film Festival.

Our foundation is built on diversity and representation, with a 100% female core team spanning nine countries and including majority Asian, Hispanic, and queer identities. We focus on creating equitable opportunities for women of color as directors, writers, and producers, ensuring that every project achieves at least 51% non-male participation, both on-screen and behind the scenes. Through intentional partnerships and initiatives, we are dismantling industry gatekeeping and building pathways for emerging talent to thrive.

Our thriving network of 1,000+ creatives and 200 independent contractors connects over 500 artists annually through events like the Lighthouse Lounge and specialized workshops.
