Legacy Center International, operating under Shiloh Worship Center Incorporated, is a dynamic ministry organization based in Belton, Texas, dedicated to transforming communities one life at a time. Founded and led by Apostle Dr. Claudette Morgan-Scott, who brings over 25 years of management experience and a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration, our ministry combines spiritual vision with proven business acumen to create lasting impact across all spheres of society.

Our mission centers on equipping believers for kingdom dominion through our unique seven mountains theology approach, focusing on occupying and influencing all societal spheres including church, family, education, arts and entertainment, business and finance, media, and government. As a HUB-certified organization by the State of Texas, we operate with excellence and integrity in everything we do. Our Ministry of Reconciliation and Restoration serves all nations and social groups, breaking down barriers and building bridges across diverse communities throughout Central Texas and beyond.

Legacy Center International offers comprehensive worship services every Sunday at 10:00 AM, along with global outreach programs and community development initiatives that address real needs in our local area. Our global vision is ambitious yet achievable: equipping every believer for kingdom dominion in this new generation. We believe the church must actively engage in transforming society, not just maintaining religious activities. Through discipleship, worship, impact transformation, and exalting the Name of Jesus, we create pathways for individuals and families to discover their purpose and maximize their potential.
