Founder's Story

Tamura Freeman, an Atlanta native, is an artist whose preferred medium is acrylic on canvas. She began painting as a way to manage anxiety during the Pandemic, and over time, her dedication to the craft led to significant improvement in her skills. Tamura is committed to continuous learning and growth, always striving to evolve as an artist. Each of her pieces is deeply personal, inspired by a range of influences such as inspiration, emotions, and even conversations. Her art is known for sparking memories, raising awareness, and evoking a feeling of warmth in those who view it.
In 2024, Tamura sold her first painting to the owner of The Original Big Daddy’s on Old National Highway in College Park, Georgia. This milestone was followed by the sale of two additional pieces. Her artistic ambition is to share her work with the world, one piece at a time.
