Knight Nutrition began with a simple but urgent idea: create an affordable, nutritious product that could help feed people when traditional food options are limited, unavailable, or too expensive.
The idea for FEED’em grew from recognizing the enormous need for practical nutrition solutions in communities facing hunger, food insecurity, disasters, and other difficult circumstances. Rather than simply identifying the problem, I decided to work toward a product that could become part of the solution.
For more than two years, I have worked to move FEED’em from an idea toward a market-ready nutritional beverage. That journey has included researching ingredients and manufacturing, studying packaging and production costs, evaluating competitors, developing the business strategy, identifying institutional markets, and pursuing the funding needed to manufacture our first commercial product.

Knight Nutrition, LLC is a nutrition-focused company developing FEED’em, a ready-to-drink nutritional beverage designed to provide convenient, dependable nutrition for people who may not have consistent access to traditional meals. Our mission is to develop an affordable and practical nutrition solution that can serve individuals and organizations addressing hunger, food insecurity, emergency relief, and nutritional needs in the United States and around the world.
FEED’em is being developed with an emphasis on nutrition, convenience, shelf stability, efficient distribution, and affordability. Knight Nutrition is initially focused on the institutional market, including nonprofit and humanitarian organizations, food assistance programs, healthcare and senior-care organizations, schools, government agencies, emergency and disaster-relief programs, and other organizations that purchase and distribute nutrition products in volume. This approach allows us to concentrate on getting nutrition directly to the people and communities who need it while building a sustainable foundation for future growth.
Knight Nutrition was founded around the belief that addressing hunger requires solutions that are not only nutritious but also practical to manufacture, transport, store, and distribute. We have spent more than two years researching and developing the FEED’em concept, evaluating manufacturing and packaging options, studying the nutritional beverage market, developing our business strategy, and preparing the product for commercialization.
Our long-term vision is to establish FEED’em as a trusted nutritional product that can be used in a wide range of settings—from local food assistance and community programs to large-scale humanitarian and disaster-relief efforts.
