I am a small traveling Catering and Wholesale Baking business based in Asheville, NC! I specialize in allergen free options in baking and health conscious foods ranging throughout specialty diets.  I strive to provide all organic products made with intention and care and I am always searching for the best products; finding delicious, organic, and local ingredients through different farmers markets and businesses you know and love. I chose this line of work because food is a direct line to emotion and memory. What I do is more than just cooking or baking. Food brings people side by side in a way that eliminates differences and brings the most beautiful kind of joy through togetherness.
