Just Scrappin’ LLC offers a unique service in our area that fills a vital gap in the market. According to the U.S. EPA, the average four-person household throws away more than $1,500 in food every year, with roughly 25% of the food brought home going uneaten. We all have food waste—whether it’s leftovers that nobody consumed, fruit and vegetable peels that go unused, or the “mystery dish” in the employee lunchroom. All of this food waste can be collected in our Just Scrappin’ buckets to be recycled. While many businesses are beginning to implement food waste sustainability programs, there are currently no companies equipped to manage the food waste they generate. With our door-to-door pickup service, our customers can be assured that their food waste is not going to waste.
