Business Description
We provide specialty jams! Our jam is made with organic fruit, low sugar, and no citric acid. Citric acid is a preservative that is used in almost every product on the shelf. Jayda has an intolerance to citric acid, so the journey to finding products without it has been a struggle.
While making the jam we discovered how much sugar is used to process jam and to help it gel. So we started converting all our products to low sugar recipes. I was amazed at how much better the jam tasted. You can actually taste the fruit!
