Business Description

I provide individual and couples therapy. I am a Nationally QPR Trainer (suicide prevention), as well as a Grief Recovery Specialist. I developed and implemented a course for resiliency skills, that’s used at an University, for all incoming freshman. I facilitate process groups, topics to include, but not limited to imposter syndrome, redefining stereotypes and creating safe places for individuals that may share same experiences.
