At Home Coming Housing Services, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to prioritize each person’s unique circumstances and challenges, the foundational element of our services is the Housing Focused Person-Centered Plan (HFPCP), which serves as the initial step in the stabilization process. This personalized plan allows us to assess the specific needs and goals of each individual, ensuring that they receive  support and resources that are tailored  with their aspirations for a stable living environment.

To enhance our effectiveness and reach, we collaborate with various organizations, including ISKA Inc, People Inc., Twin Cities Recovery, and Hope Outreach Solutions, among others. These partnerships enable us to help as many as we can, this is the first step to help with the underlying factors that contribute to homelessness. By leveraging our collective resources and expertise.
