• External Wellness: We focus on maintaining a healthier skin and coat, alleviating allergies, eliminating dry flaky skin, preventing cracked paw beds, restoring natural oils, reducing shedding, plus much more.

• Free Roam of  Our Facility: Once your pet is left in our care, he/she is free to sniff and roam around independently and leash free, throughout our entire facility for about 10-15 minutes. This helps your pet gain assurance, trust, and the feeling like they are at home.
•  1:1 Rapport Building: Each package begins with a 1:1 rapport building exercise with your pet which involves a fun and interactive treat filled puzzle activity so that your pet can feel more comfortable with their spa technician. 
• Breaks: At no additional cost, we offer our services free of time limits for new furry guests so that we may offer breaks to help ease those who are experiencing anxiety from new environments and new faces.
