Founder's Story
For much of my life, I was naturally conflict-averse. Deep down, I believed that the way to create peace was to quiet my voice — to smooth things over and prioritize harmony at the expense of addressing my own needs. For a long time, I saw this as strength and maturity, but during graduate school, I realized that dignity means having the courage to remain present and authentic. Today, I am a keynote speaker, mediator, coach and consultant. I have spent years helping individuals, teams, and communities navigate moments of tension, transformation, and crisis with dignity and courage. My work as the founder of Harmony Strategies centers on creating meaningful dialogue, strengthening relationships, and empowering people to move through conflict in ways that foster growth rather than division.
