Business Description

Fruitfull is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by upcycling surplus produce and distributing it to underserved communities, including children, seniors, and university students facing hunger. Our mission is rooted in fostering sustainability, reducing food waste, and empowering communities by ensuring that fresh, nutritious food reaches those who need it most. By intercepting produce that would otherwise go to waste, we help bridge the gap between food surplus and food scarcity, creating a more sustainable and resilient food ecosystem. Through partnerships with local farmers, community organizations, and a strong volunteer network, we’re able to provide fresh produce directly to individuals who often lack access to it.

Over the past month alone, we collected 7,781.80 pounds of produce, which would have otherwise gone to waste. Building on this success, our goal for the upcoming year is to recover at least 100,000 pounds of surplus produce. This effort would result in the distribution of approximately 250,000 produce-based meals for those in need. By setting these ambitious targets, we aim to create a measurable impact on community health, environment, and food access, paving the way for a more equitable food system. Our initiative not only addresses immediate food needs but also fosters awareness of food waste issues, promoting a more sustainable future for all.
