Business Description

 We are the first Peer run, B2B, Wellness and Mental Health service offering breath work, meditation, and healing circles.  In order to bridge a connection within the existing Mental Health Community, we are aimed at embracing employees and acknowledging the complexities of each recovery pathway.  As a central focus of our mission, we have committed to person-centered evidence based and holistic approaches, meeting businesses where they are, inclusive of all Eight Dimensions of Wellness (physical, intellectual, emotional, environmental, spiritual, occupational, financial, and social).  

Our goal is to alleviate the stigma and barriers to receiving empathic, compassionate mental health supports by encouraging growth, learning, and above all fostering a safe, healthy, enjoyable healing journey for all participants.  We believe in promoting self-advocacy, utilizing key facilitation strategies based on education, and awareness that each participant is their own expert on themselves. Coupled with the ease of access to our services, we are changing the narrative of Mental Health.
