My fitness center and wellness program aim to change and enhance lives, especially for seniors. We welcome retirees and seniors, who make up one of the fastest-growing populations in the U.S., and we strive to help them redefine what is possible while connecting them with peers who share similar goals.

Our community primarily consists of older adults who, while possessing invaluable wisdom and knowledge, often encounter challenges related to physical and cognitive health, as well as social isolation. At Fergie’s Instructional Training Fit LLC, we are dedicated to addressing these issues and empowering seniors to lead more self-sufficient and fulfilling lives. Our programs focus on improving flexibility, endurance, balance, and strength while also promoting cognitive engagement. Independence and self-empowerment are central objectives of what we do. We make fitness possible by providing specific ways to be successful.
