Psycho-spiritual coaching for generational transformation and mind-heart-spirit healing for parents, parents-to-be, caretakers, leader, and families.

Sessions center the heart and science of emotional safety, connection & care-taking, uniting psychology, neurobiology, mindfulness, and eco-therapy to help you take better care of yourself and others. Faryn uses an intuitive and trauma-informed approach to help you explore things like inner life awareness, self-compassion and mindfulness, changing your internal narrative, and shifting generational patterns. These sessions will help you cultivate greater self-compassion and understanding so that you can begin to create an elevated sense of personal peace for positive impact.

Sessions are held remotely. School and business consult, and unique love-based photography sessions are also available in Westchester County, Rockland County, and Manhattan, NY.

Faryn is an emotional wellness coach and psychospiritual counselor who holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Counseling from Columbia University, with a concentration in spirit-mind-body psychology and education. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner and longtime mindfulness practitioner. Faryn is passionate about helping parents, educators, caretakers, and leaders elevate their own wellbeing and the positive impact they have on others through the cultivation of inner life awareness and tools for healing.
