• Families Accessing Community Services (FACS) Visitation Center.
• A new non-profit organization created by Candi Comfort Bronson in March 2020.
• The centers main project functions during this time was a out of pocket venture to collect information and provide a child’s pilot program which was tested for 18 months during Covid. By volunteers with results of 93% court reunification success. This was achieved through use of a neutral third party, helping the parents with further education and understanding of the best interests for balancing a childs mental health and safety while building stronger foundations as the uniqueness of the family environment changes and adjusts. We refer to our community professionals for services we do not provide.
• Offered are the following services.
• Consults to help with resources, parenting plans, understanding forms that may be available to assist them.
• Parenting Classes and Instruction. We teach age appropriate Active Parenting Series of classes with curriculum evidence based teaching .
• Anger Management. We have a Certified Anger Management Professional on staff.
• Drug and alcohol-certified Peer Mentor on staff.
• Parent Mentors.
• Communication skills facilitation and multi-faceted visitations designed for the Stepping up parent.
• High Risk supervised visitation.
• Supervised visitation.
• Light monitored visitations.
• Sibling and relative visitations.
• Community check-in visitations and monthly overnights.
1. FACS provides a step-up parenting plan process of approximately 6 to 9 months of skill building as visitations grow. Gives our families the advantage of strengthening their family foundation and responsibilities.
2. FACS except by special request outside contracts for supervised incarcerated and video visits. 3.Visitations for communication and community events.

6. Crisis response and care resources.
