Founder's Story

I didn’t set out to become an “AI person.” My background is in marketing, business development, operations, and healthcare—and I’ve spent years watching talented people lose hours to work that shouldn’t require them.

Once I started building with AI, I realized it could do far more than write emails or make content. It could become part of the actual workforce.

That’s why I started EJS. As an AI Workforce Architect, I help businesses find the repetitive work, bottlenecks, and things falling through the cracks—and build AI systems to handle them.

The goal isn’t to replace people. It’s to give people more time to do the work that actually needs a human.

Erika J Sanchez LLC (EJS) helps businesses build AI into the way they actually work.

 

Rather than adding another app or generic chatbot, EJS identifies repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, and missed opportunities inside a business and designs custom AI-powered workflows and digital workforce solutions around them.

 

These systems can support areas such as operations, research, lead management, internal processes, marketing, content creation, administrative work, and other repetitive tasks that consume valuable staff time.

 

The goal isn’t to remove the human element from business. It’s to automate the work that doesn’t need a human so teams can spend more time on the work that does.

 

EJS works with businesses to turn AI from something interesting they’ve heard about into something practical they use every day.
