Founder's Story
I didn't build Empact 360 from a business plan — I built it from lived experience.
Like so many young people, I entered my first job unprepared. I struggled until someone took the time to guide me, not just in what to do, but how to show up. That moment changed everything and planted the seed for Empact 360.
Over the decades that followed, I worked in nonprofit leadership; youth development, and Fortune 500 training management. One truth kept revealing itself: talent opens the door, but soft skills, confidence, and the right mindset determine how far someone goes.
That gap became my purpose. I created Empact 360 to give every young adult what I once needed, a practical, proven framework for building the confidence, communication, and professionalism that sets them up for lasting success.
Our Mission:
To equip young adults with the confidence, tools, and support they need to succeed — so families, communities, and workplaces thrive.
Business Description
We partner with parents and youth-serving organizations to deliver high-impact job readiness training that equips young people with the essential skills, confidence, and mindset they need to thrive in the workplace.
Our niche is supporting young adults through one of life’s most critical transitions; entering the workforce. We remove the burden of program development and delivery so organizations can stay focused on their core mission, while parents gain a trusted partner who gives them the tools and language to actively support their young adult’s career journey.
My belief that every young adult deserves the opportunity to succeed drives everything I do — and is reflected in my book, From Rookie to Rockstar: Crush Your First Job and Own Your Future.
The programs focus on four key pillars:
- Career Exploration — Connecting young people to fulfilling career pathways based on their interests and strengths.
- Essential Skills — Building critical competencies including communication, problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork.
- Confidence Building — Developing the self-belief young people need to pursue and achieve their career goals.
- Workplace Success — Preparing them for professional environments and empowering them to make a strong first impression.
