Eden Plan is a non-profit organization that helps teens and young adults, ages 18-21, who have transitioned out of the foster care system, live with dignity, learn life skills, and reach their full potential.
To help foster kids that have aged out of the system create a thriving, environmentally conscious community with an emphasis on self-sustainability, and reducing chronic diseases.
