My practice is here to help you be the best YOU that you can be. I work with all ages starting at 12 years old. I work with individuals, couples, families, substance issues, marital issues, depression, anxiety and many kinds if trauma. If it is important to you then it is worth working on.

I attended college and graduate school in Fresno, California as an adult. After raising my family, I moved a bit but have settled her in Kansas to be close to my grandchildren. I did not come from a simple or easy life, but I believe that while your history shapes you, you have the right and the ability to remold yourself. Your abuse does not set your value, your mistakes do not dictate your future.

I accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, KanCare, Medicaid and also take private pay, out of network benefits and have a sliding fee scale if you need it.

Remember you are the most important person in your life, so make your life what you want it to be.
