Design Your Wellness, LLC is a minority women owned business founded in January of 2023 by two dedicated Nurse Practitioners who shared a vision to cater to the unique needs of the community. We understand that individuals are no longer satisfied with a one-size-fits-all treatment plan and our mission is to provide customized are tailored to each person’s specific needs.

Our Wellness Clinic is designed to craft a personized wellness plan that revolves around your well-being. Our primary focus is on preventative health, offering a comprehensive range of services including:

Nutritional consultations and education, weight management, management of minor medical conditions, comprehensive lab services, IV hydration therapy, DOT physicals, Sports physicals, Vitamin Injections, Hormone replacement, and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) services.
