Business Description

I am a home-based baker. I am also 18 years old senior in high school. I have been in culinary all four years of high school and got my food handlers license and food managers safety managers I creative variety of things. I started off with cookies and kind it expanded to cakes and mini cakes and cupcakes, pretzels strawberries as well, even cake pops. I started this small business to earn money for my future. I hope to participate in real estate when I’m older and still own my business. I do a variety of cakes, such as heart cakes, regular barrel, cakes, tiered cakes I do multiple flavors and styles of cookies. I have a s’mores cookies, brown butter cookies, a cosmic, brownie cookie, etc. I also do cakes ones are strawberry crunch or red velvet maybe even birthday cake I dipped strawberries and dipped pretzels. I also do cake pops also shapes and sizes.
