Cuffed Heelz Is a reentry program for women returning to the community from prison, we fashion ourselves around wrap around services for each individual need; by providing housing, peer mentoring, transportation, social skills, job readiness skills, computer and phone operation skills, and more. This program for women but we offer programing to men returnees as well.
