As a mother of 3 neurodivergent children, I have walked through parenting feeling as though I have been on an island most of the time.  I have felt inadequate, stressed about the future of my children, frustrated, and exhausted.  I have often wondered why couldn’t any part of their childhood just be “easy”?  Throughout this journey, I gained weight, never had any energy, and was anxious constantly, affecting my relationships with my family.

But last year, I decided to chart a different path for myself-I did not have to settle for the stressful, unhappy path I was on.  After six months, I was down 20 pounds, was much happier, and improved my relationships with my children and my husband.  You deserve happiness too.

At Creekside, I believe in the power of small, great changes. Sustainable changes are lasting changes; these are the steps that lead to a higher quality of life. By using a process called Positive Intelligence, I guide my clients through rewiring negative thought patterns and addressing health concerns that the client wishes to address, and in a way that works for them. 

I will not try to sell gimmicks or tell you what to do or not to do; that isn’t health coaching and frankly, you wouldn’t want to sign up for that anyway.
