Business Description

Hello and thank you for reaching out for support as you begin your healing journey.  I recognize taking the first step is the hardest, so lets take the next step together.

We work primarily with adults and couples to the elderly, civilians and military.  Assisting with many issues ranging from anger and grief, to divorce and marriage.  Life comes with many stressors and each transition brings something new.  There is no shame in acknowledging you need someone to talk to; someone who can provide you with a fresh perspective and a few tools to help you manage and/or adjust to changes.  Using CBT, CPT, REBT, Narrative therapy, Mindfulness and other therapeutic and coping techniques, we can help you reach the vision of who you want to be.

We also provide group classes for those who receive support better with others and educational and community resources, because sometimes you don’t need counseling as much as you need assistance with housing, financial guidance, childcare, payee programs, DAFTA, employment aide and more.  We hope to help in whatever capacity best serves your needs and if we cannot, we hope to direct you to the support that can.
