Founder's Story
For 15 years, I worked in banking and education, where accuracy, governance, and documentation mattered every day. I loved solving problems, but I kept seeing the same pattern. The biggest challenges weren't usually caused by technology. They happened because critical knowledge lived in one person's head instead of somewhere the organization actually owned.
When AI became accessible, I saw an opportunity to help businesses in a different way. Instead of chasing the newest tool, I wanted to help organizations build the foundation that would let them use technology confidently and responsibly. That idea became Compliance First AI Consultants.
I'm still energized by the same thing that drew me to this work in the first place: taking something that feels overwhelming, organizing it into something clear, and leaving people with systems that make their work easier.

We work across platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, Replit, Lovable, and modern AI development tools to create solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and designed around your team’s real-world needs.
