ClaimBridge Solutions, LLC is a Wyoming‑domesticated, woman–owned Claim Processing business that helps families recover money they are owed after property foreclosure. The foreclosure process involving the auction of a property often results in Surplus Funds being created – this happens when a property sells at auction for more than is owed in taxes or mortgage and the excess proceeds legally belong to the previous homeowner. Our Company performs public database searches in various State Counties looking for situations where a person’s home has sold for more than they initially owed and once such instances are identified, we perform ethical skip tracing practices to locate the previous homeowner and notify them that they are owed funds. We then offer them our service to file their claim with the county or mortgage holder on their behalf in exchange for a percentage of the money they are owed. On paper, the money is theirs. In real life, most never see a dollar of it because the notices that would alert them of their bounty are sent to the foreclosed property address (where they no longer reside and rarely set up mail forwarding) and because the notices are confusing, the deadlines are strict, and there’s no one whose job is to sit down with them and say, “You still have something left.” My business exists to be that someone. We use county data and ethical skip tracing to identify cases to find the rightful owners, explain their rights in plain language, and then work with attorneys and county offices to file and manage the claim, on a contingency basis. They don’t pay me unless they get paid.
