Cindy J Cosmetic Labs is the IKEA of Cosmetic Formulation. Our mission is to offer affordable and personalized hair care and skin care formulations, laboratory experience for customers to see and interact with their newly developed project, and product versatility to help scale a full production foundation. Our goal is to extend access of innovative ideas to brand owners and indie beauty brands in order to develop a prevalent strategy for long-term success.

We have clients who have been featured in beauty magazines, the Home Shopping Network, JCPenney Beauty, Urban Outfitters, Amazon and a host of other platforms. Our clients have the freedom to explore innovative ways to market their product and educate their community on ingredients that set their products apart from others in the industry. This level of control allows them to create unique beauty solutions tailored to the needs of their customers. By staying ahead of trends and constantly pushing the boundaries of beauty innovation, our clients are able to offer cutting-edge products that deliver exceptional results.

The formulations we create are meticulously documented in a Property Rights/Ownership Agreement tailored to each client’s unique requirements. This agreement encompasses essential details such as product specifications (including pH, viscosity, and specific gravity), a comprehensive stability testing report, the formulation procedure, a detailed list of raw materials used, and safety data sheets for all materials involved.

Moreover, we go beyond formulation by providing valuable resources for scale-up production, as well as connecting clients with trusted partners for branding, labeling, and packaging solutions.
