Business Description
Chef Janel Fields® is a traveling culinary architect based in Dallas, Texas and the owner of Chef Janel Fields, LLC. Her focus is bringing fresh and healthy cuisine inspired by her multicultural upbringing to the metroplex and beyond. By using her extended knowledge in biochemistry + food science, long-cherished family recipes and her love for cohesive flavors that lend to nutritional value become automatic. Serving diverse palates, allergies and health concerns, she is able to construct savory cuisines like none other. Services include: private chef services, boutique intimate event catering services, brand campaign & partnerships, corporate events, cooking classes and 1:1 business consultations.
Most recently she acquired a Graduate Certification from Cornell University in Women’s Entrepreneurship along with her debut on Food Network’s Supermarket Stakeout in August 2022 taking home the win.
When she is not in the kitchen, she can be found staying active in the DFW community by volunteering with several organizations such as Barack Obama Male Leadership Academy, For Oak Cliff, Girls Inc of Tarrant Co., Jacob’s Harvest, Michael Finley Foundation and more. She serves the community with back to school projects in conjunction with connecting Fortune 500 corporate companies and their colleague resource groups diversity and inclusion programs.
It brings her joy to be able to emerge new food experiences for anyone open to healthier changes in their lifestyle while flavor profiles are still present. The satisfaction in knowing her services are producing results gives her happiness. Her purpose is fulfilled!
