At the fingertips of almost all youth at all times – their cell phone. Let the Catch-Me app provide a valuable resource in an unsettling time in our post-Covid world. The functionality of Catch-Me is designed using mood tracking, and focus on thought and behavior patterns of users. This app guides users to a large array of strategies for healing, distractions, and growth. No waitlists, or deductibles to meet, no referrals or specialists needed, just 24/7 coaching! We have a variety of interactive skills and resources to hold attention of teens.

Catch-Me is ready for Beta Testing and will be in the App Store available for download to both iOS and Android devices. Future versions will be informed by data gathered during this Test Flight. We are aiming to have backend support come directly from youth serving providers or therapists.

I am Deb Shawver, and I am a therapist in Bellingham WA. I have been in the field of mental health since the 90s and I am rolling up all of my expertise to create the most supportive APP Catch-ME, to “catch” Users who want to be caught with support and help.
