Founder's Story
Zoi Wiley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Hibiscus, where she leads brand
vision, product development, and overall company strategy. A restaurateur and entrepreneur with direct
operational experience, Zoi spent four years living in Trinidad, immersing herself in Caribbean culture
and culinary traditions that inspired the foundation of the brand.
In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Zoi pivoted from plans to open a restaurant and
instead launched Caribbean Hibiscus as a standalone beverage company. Within months, she secured
warehouse space, built out a production facility, and navigated the regulatory licensing process required to
bring the product to market. By March 2021, the company was fully licensed and operational.
Under her leadership, Caribbean Hibiscus has evolved from a handcrafted product into a scalable
beverage brand with growing retail presence and expanding consumer reach.

Founded in 2020, Caribbean Hibiscus has grown from small-scale test sales into a multi-channel beverage business
reaching consumers through live events and festivals, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, subscriptions, grocery and

The company’s flagship beverage is crafted from hibiscus, ginger, clove, allspice, and pure cane sugar, creating a
