I am the owner of a newly established ethnic food trailer. After working in a job that limited my quality time with my daughter, I sought to improve my income and environment with options that better suited my needs as a single mother. I identified a gap in the local market for a unique offering of Caribbean cuisine.

This opportunity, combined with my desire to introduce the culture i love so dearly to those unfamiliar with it, propelled me to pursue a long-held dream of mine.
