Business Description

Business Development & Consultants Group, LLC was founded in 2017 in Winston Salem, NC by Dr. Francene Hash. We are now located and registered in Miami, Florida. Our mission is to provide life changing services to address the challenges of single mothers.  There are over 7.3 single mothers in America, which means that there are thousands of children who are raising themselves while their mothers are trying to provide a living for them.  48% of single mothers are African American, 38% are Asians and Hispanics, and 12% are Caucasian. Because I am a sixth-generation single mother who lived in a housing development but defied the odds and raised two successful children, I know their plight BUT, THE STORY CAN BE CHANGED! Yes, I took advantage of every grant that I could get to help me take care of my children and received scholarships to go to college, thus receiving my degrees to become a professional.

Although BDCG has served many clients with business development and personal development in our training center, our most rewarding opportunities was serving the women in the Hawley House Women’s Shelter and also hosting Grant Writing Bootcamps. We did not open our office up after COVID, but we continued to serve limited individuals, thus we now have restructured BDCG and have launched a fundraising campaign to reopen our office in the Miami area.  Our team consists of certified grant, business, and personal development consultants, credit repair specialist, and a real estate agent to extend our services. The funds we receive will empower BDCG to upgrade our technology with Ai and CSM software to digitize and convert all of our trainings to reach more single mothers both live as well as online.
