Founder's Story

What began as a mother-and-daughter tradition in our own kitchen has grown into a business built on bringing people together. We always loved creating beautiful charcuterie boards for family gatherings, holidays, and special celebrations. Before long, friends began asking us to make the charcuterie for birthdays, bridal showers, and parties because they knew it would become the centerpiece of the table.

Seeing the joy our boards brought to every celebration inspired us to turn our passion into something we could share with others. Today, we’re proud to create thoughtfully curated charcuterie experiences that help make life’s biggest moments even more memorable.

Business Description

Brie by The Bay is a Latina woman-owned charcuterie catering business based in Pacifica and serving the San Francisco Peninsula and Bay Area. We create beautifully arranged charcuterie boards, grazing tables, cups, boxes, individual boards, and a mobile charcuterie cart for private celebrations, weddings, corporate meetings, client-appreciation events, and community gatherings. Customers will be able to choose from thoughtfully curated meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, crackers, spreads, chocolates, and other accompaniments. Our goal is to provide an attractive, convenient food experience that allows hosts to enjoy their events without worrying about food preparation, presentation, or setup.
