I offer sound healing sessions with heart gong vibrations to integrate deep emotions, impact cells, organs, tissues, circulation, and facilitate deep meditation that anchors your inner stillness. I love collage as a tool to open stuck creativity so that it flows! I also teach weekly Kundalini yoga classes focusing on your heart and transformation, strengthening your breath and lung capacity, stretching your muscles, clearing the past and integrate emotions, and connnecting to your inner voice and intuition.
