Founder's Story

I became an entrepreneur because I saw a gap that existing institutions were not addressing. Business Description

Black Cultural Capital is a Black trans-led consulting collective that helps artists, creatives, nonprofits, and mission-driven small businesses build sustainable financial and operational infrastructure.

We specialize in all forms of fundraising + grant writing strategy from foundational and corporate giving to individual donor campaigning on a minimum 6-month retainer basis. Wraparound services include fractional marketing, operations, lobbying and program management alongside project-based strategic planning.

Our work is rooted in the belief that creative and community-centered leaders should not have to become experts in finance, fundraising, and administration to succeed. We help clients secure funding, strengthen operations, improve financial management, and build long-term sustainability.

Since our founding, we have supported organizations and entrepreneurs across the arts, culture, LGBTQ+, disability, and community development sectors, helping them access millions of dollars in funding while creating systems that allow them to grow with confidence and stability.
