BioMarketing Insight help companies in the Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C) and both B2B and B2C space for the consumer and life science industry.
The firm specializes but not exclusively in the New Product Planning and Strategic Marketing areas. We’re known for our Voice of the Customer expertise in gaining valuable insight into our customers wants and needs. For example, in the consumer business, we reveal what the customer “want to” or “is willing to buy” and define what that product should look like or the specification in order for the company to be success.
For the life sciences, we reveal the critical unmet need by the customers and not what the company thinks the customer needs. We work with R&D to define the optimal target product profile (TPP) to be able to compete in the market and be better, otherwise why would customers buy it.
By conducting the business due diligence upfront in defining the specifications or optimal product profile, we are simultaneous developing the product and marketing strategies in the best way to market the product for the company to be successful. You don’t want to develop or create a product to find out that majority of the people won’t buy it. We are bringing the commercial perspective to the beginning of product development to derisk the product development process.
