Business Description

Overtime Athletics Sacramento is a proudly female owned and minority Hispanic owned organization committed to developing athletes, building confidence, and creating inclusive opportunities through sports, fitness, and enrichment. We go beyond traditional programming by combining high quality coaching, mentorship, and life development into every experience we offer.

We serve individuals from preschool through teens including college athletes, while also extending our impact to adults, seniors, and underserved communities. Our programs are designed to meet participants at every stage whether they are just getting started, building foundational skills, or striving to compete at higher levels.
