My business offers culturally inclusive yoga classes, wellness workshops, and transformative retreats designed specifically for professional Black women and individuals living with chronic illnesses. With over 10 years of experience practicing yoga, I understand the importance of accessible, personalized wellness. My services include virtual and in-person yoga classes that help clients relieve stress, build strength, and improve flexibility, all while focusing on mental and emotional well-being. I also host retreats where participants can immerse themselves in self-care, reconnect with themselves, and create balance in their lives.
