Founder's Story

I started this Arisyn Group because I had trouble finding work after having my third child. As a full time, single mom of three daughters, I was faced with the challenge of providing for my children and having reliable work to do so. I came across a platform that allowed me to work as an independent contractor, make my own hours, and work as much as I could around my children's schedule. I set out to provide this same opportunity to individuals just like myself. That is why I started this business.

Business Description

Arisyn Group LLC is a consumer solutions-based company where I house real a virtual call center. With Arisyn Group LLC, consumers are able to work from the comfort of their home with hourly pay and the ability to create their own schedule. Independent contractors are able to select which client (company) they would like to service, pick a training schedule, and then service full time or part time based on availability. The training will last either four or six weeks depending on the client to service that is picked.

Individuals will be coached on the company that they are servicing and how to use the scheduling system. Individuals are able to service multiple clients at a time after a full training class in completed. Hours are picked based on availability after the schedule is released to all agents. There is no need to put in a request for PTO or any off time needed. Simply do not schedule yourself for any day needed as long as the minimum commitment adherence is met based on the client.
