Founder's Story

Business Description

I am a Registered Nurse with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential. My professional background consists of nearly a decade of experience working in maternal-child health in a hospital setting with emphasis in the neonatal intensive care unit. My personal background consists of providing exclusive human milk to my only child while working overnight shifts as a RN. My lactation experience was often challenging, and I can greatly empathize with families that are experiencing challenges.

My mission is to provide education, skills, and inclusive support for your lactation journey. I understand the complexities and uniqueness of the individual and my goal is to apply that understanding in my practice.  My secondary goal is to make this comprehensive care accessible and affordable by making my services concierge via home or virtual visits and utilizing insurance (where available) because lactation care is a fully covered preventative care benefit. This care is not a luxury, it is a necessity. I would love to be a part of making your journey whatever you want it to be.
