Founder's Story
My journey into entrepreneurship was shaped by both experience and adversity. As a Registered Nurse with over 20 years in healthcare, I saw families struggle to care for loved ones at home, especially those with dementia or recovering from surgery.
In 2021, I suffered a severe accident requiring bilateral knee surgeries, leaving me temporarily dependent on others. During this time, I also faced divorce and financial hardship, including bankruptcy. At 53, I had to rebuild my life.
In 2024, I founded Aniyas Heart Home Care LLC, a Medicaid-certified agency serving multiple counties in North Carolina. Starting with limited resources, I secured licensing, built systems, established referral partnerships, and began serving clients.
Today, my business provides compassionate care to seniors, veterans, and families in need. What began as an idea is now a growing business rooted in resilience, purpose, and impact.

Aniyas Heart Home Care LLC is a compassionate, client-centered non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Based in North Carolina, we proudly serve seniors, individuals with disabilities, veterans, post-surgical patients, and new mothers transitioning back into home life. Our services include personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, respite care for family caregivers, specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and post-operative support. We accept both Medicaid and private pay clients, making quality care accessible to families from a variety of backgrounds.
