Based in Colorado Springs, I offer a range of services including birth doula support, perinatal massage, manual lymph drainage, nutrition consultations, and baby planning. My goal is to empower parents with the tools, care, and confidence they need for a positive and peaceful birth experience.

With over a decade of experience, I tailor my services to meet the unique needs of each client, whether it’s natural fertility support, pain relief, or comprehensive birth planning.
