Able and Capable Solutions Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 organization driven by a singular purpose: to empower individuals with disabilities, veterans, and those with past felonies to achieve independence through meaningful employment. Our passion lies in creating opportunities for people who have historically faced barriers in the job market, providing them with the tools, resources, and confidence to build brighter futures.

Through personalized services, such as vocational rehabilitation, job coaching, career counseling, and pre-employment transition training, we address the unique challenges our clients face. We believe that everyone, regardless of their past or present circumstances, deserves a chance to contribute their talents to the workforce and live with dignity.

The need for our work is undeniable. Far too many individuals are left behind, unable to access employment due to systemic limitations or stigma.
