Business Description

I am an advocate for mental health awareness and stability and I am dedicated to providing the best care, patience, and support to you and take great joy in helping people meet their therapeutic needs. My specialization is in marriage, family, and couples counseling and I have experience working with individuals as well, from ages 2 and up with a variety of different disorders including autism, schizophrenia, eating disorders, major depression, and anxiety. At A Peace of Mind  & Wellness, I believe that therapy provides a safe emotional, physical, and spiritual space to explore and navigate challenging experiences in order to identify and develop the person you want to become. There are seasons in life you may feel stuck, burned out, or complacent. I aim to meet people where they are currently and with compassion and curiosity find a way to help them move toward their goals.
