A Butterfly’s Journey (ABJ) helps those struggling with grief to find hope and their resilience after loss, as well as to encourage open expression of grief, loss and love. Services (3):
- Grief Recovery Method classes – GRM is the ONLY evidence-based methodology for gruef recovery in the works. 1-on1 or group classes in person, by phone or online via Zoom.
- Free Online Resource Center – hundreds of helpful broad-based grief-related resources in 10 categories.
- Faces of Resilience mobile photo shoots – these beautifully cathartic photos promote raising awareness of the need for open discussion on the difficult topic of grief. Participants are photographed expressing a phrase meaningful to them, then are sent professionally taken and edited photos as a catalyst to talk about their grief.
