Founder's Story

My name is **Maxwell D. Toliver**, founder of **3 Dots Enterprises LLC**, an Independent Living Program in Laveen, Arizona. After more than 30 years serving vulnerable populations, I recognized the growing need for **affordable senior housing** and created **Eden House**, a structured Transitional Living Home for men age 65 and older. We provide safe, furnished, affordable housing with peer accountability, support groups, and a community that promotes independent living. Our mission is to help older adults age with dignity while maintaining housing stability.
