Founder's Story
I didn't set out to build a business. I set out to survive one of the hardest seasons of my life.
In a short period of time, I lost my job, my car, and my mother. The kind of losses that arrive all at once and leave you wondering what comes next. I could have stayed there, but I have always been someone who lives with intention. Even in grief, I couldn't stop believing that loss could be a doorway instead of just an ending.
So I began. Not with a business plan, but with a belief I had carried my entire life: that small, intentional choices made daily are how people transform their lives.
I spent years helping people around me shift their mindset and change their behavior. I understood from the inside out what it felt like to be disconnected from yourself, and what it took to find your way back. 1108 Creations is what happened when I decided to build something around that work.

1108 Creations is a Maryland-based wellness and intentional living brand designing structured, beautiful tools for people who are ready to build a meaningful relationship with themselves. We exist at the intersection of personal development and thoughtful design, offering journals, planners, and digital resources that go beyond inspiration to give people a real framework for lasting growth.
At the heart of everything we create is the 1108 Method™, a proprietary five-phase personal growth framework that guides individuals through Awareness, Release, Alignment, Expansion, and Embodiment. Each phase builds on the last, moving the user from recognizing their patterns and releasing what no longer serves them, all the way to fully living as the person they have been working to become. This framework is not a concept, it is the structural foundation of every product we design.
Our debut product, The Daily Ritual Journal Collection, is a series of eight wellness journals each focused on a distinct area of personal growth: Intention, Gratitude, Purpose, Renewal, Self Love, Healing, Mindfulness, and Clarity. The Intention Journal is available now in digital format, with physical editions and the full collection launching soon. Every journal is designed to be both functional and beautiful, because we believe the tools you use every day should feel as intentional as the life you are building.
1108 Creations is a BIPOC and woman-owned LLC founded by an entrepreneur who built this brand from personal loss and a lifelong commitment to intentional living. We serve women navigating major life transitions, those navigating life’s transitions, big and small, and anyone who feels disconnected from themselves and is ready to begin again. Our mission is simple: intentional living, thoughtfully designed. For everyone who is ready.
